With over 20 years of experience in the property and financial services industry, I’ve built a career that blends my passion for people, property, and professional growth. Since starting out in 2002, I’ve worked across both Estate Agency and Mortgage Services, gaining a deep understanding of the housing market, client relationships, and how to build and grow successful advisory businesses.
Over the past decade, I’ve focused on leadership and business development — recruiting, training, and coaching mortgage advisers to achieve their best. I get genuine satisfaction from helping others unlock their potential and seeing individuals and teams grow in confidence, skill, and success.
A big part of what I do involves building strong partnerships with introducers such as Estate Agents, Solicitors, Local Employers, and other professionals. These relationships are the foundation for driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to clients — something I take great pride in.
Outside of work, family life is my grounding force. I have two grown-up children and two spoiled Cockapoos who rule the house! I love spending time with friends, playing pool and darts, and every now and then, I get talked into performing a few magic tricks — just to keep things fun.
